ETO Sterilizer Manufacturer

Krishna Engineering is one of the best manufacturer and supplier as well as exporter of ETO sterilizer. They are expertise in their manufacturing of products like ETO sterilizer, hospital sterilizer, chambers and many more. This ETO sterilizer is used in hospital, chemical industries, cosmetics, medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory equipment and food industries also.

WHY ETO STERILIZER IS USED?

· Ethylene oxide (ETO) is used to purify the medical and  pharmaceutical products. It is colorless and kills the microorganism. This ETO sterilizer process is applied to products like procedure kits, syringes, catheters, latex gloves, masks, single use medical devices, orthopedic implants etc. It can easily domestic power supply.

Characteristics of ETO

  1. Fully automatic machine
  2. Safe and easy to operate
  3. Customize according to customer needs.
  4. Versatility
  5. Low temperature
  6. Huge sterilizing capacity
  7. Made of best quality of stainless steel
  8. Non corrosion of metal, rubber, plastics materials
  9. Single and double doors are available.
  10. ETO sterilizer is designed according to CGMP, FDA, GAMP
  11. It consists four variables like humidity, gas concentration,             time    and temperature.

Working Process of ETO Sterilizer

Working process ETO sterilizer is mainly divided into three stages and usually more than 14 hours process or within 8-12 hours.

1) Precondition: precondition is the first step for ETO sterilizer. Which includes temperature mainly between 40-65  and humidity is between 50-65% and moisture levels are chosen.

2) Sterilizer: Here, ETO enters through chambers with the help of evaporation. It includes accurate temperature, leak rate test ,ETO gas injection, key set points, process values etc.

3) Degasser: This is the last stage in ETO sterilizer process to remove the particles mainly from the liquid. It is also known as aeration. Products are being aired cleansed.

Working Process of Machine:

· Pre vacuum time

· Stabilizing time

· ETO gas pressure

· Time

· Vacuum tolerance

· Load conditioning

· Post vacuum

· Number of pulses of          vacuum
